Software

OmniPath Diagnostics has developed a proprietary, customized software “FaciliPath Systems” enabling its services to include a very expansive, state of the art application and reporting system which includes availability, at any twenty-four-hours (24 h) period, of reports to each physician office, utilizing the internet connection through an assignment of security codes.

A limited version of this program, suitable for physician office usage for those physicians that may read their own slides, utilizing FaciliPath Systems’ proprietary, easy to use, prepared in the Language of Clinical Medicine Reporting and Diagnostic Codes, is available at a significantly reduced cost.

 

Also available for usage by dermatologists and pathology laboratories.


The expanded program, same as used by OmniPath Diagnostics is available for usage by any pathology laboratory with availability of daily technical support.

FaciliPath Systems
Data List for Usage and "Extrapolation"

1. Report Items
•   Web Downloading
 - Given the convenience to view and access generated reports. The easiest, effortless and most effective way to check on a status of a biopsy result.

•   Accession Report DOC/PDF formats
- Transferring generated report(s) in DOC format for Microsoft Word or PDF format for Adobe Acrobat.

•   Daily Block/Slide Log
- Provides a list of all the samples created and grossed, the number of tissues submitted with grosser initials, per patient information given depending on the type of accession.

•   Daily Sample Specimen Log
- Provides a list of client activity for a specific day, week, month, year up to date for each accounted totals, for Surgical, Consults and Slide Preparation separately, as well as
- Deeper Cut and Special Stain Accessions - Generates a report for cases requiring special stains, deeper cuts, further clinical information and withheld cases for further evaluation and review.

•   Fax Activity
- Generating fax report logs by a range of date to verify fax confirmations and communication errors, if any.

•   Master Log
- Provides a list of all accessions entered by a range of date selection.

•   Pending By Pathologists
- Generates a report per pathologist for pending cases.

3. Management Data/Tools
•   Sign-out log by Pathologist
- Provides a list of daily, weekly, monthly and annual count of requisitions and samples read per individual pathologist and all pathologists.

•   System security feature that requires creating a user(s) to allow limited or full access to the program.

•   Accessions by Sales Representative
- Provides of list for any sales representative to view client activity.

•   Annual Accession Count
- Provides a generated report and chart for the monthly total count of accessions and samples per any given year.

4. Special Study Items related to Diagnosis, site, geography
•   Accessions by Diagnosis Report
- Provides a list of diagnoses/referring physicians based reports broken per City and State per any length of time.

5. Diagnostic Codes
•   FaciliPath system is equipped with an easy to use pre-written reporting "Code System" both for fixed (still flexible) report and diagnosis and for customized report and diagnosis without a need for dictation. The codes and the diagnoses are very logical, easy to use and easy to remember for it is written in the language of clinical dermatology/medicine developed through years of experience in dermatopathology and sub-specialized pathology. The codes are abbreviated in such a way that corresponds to the usage of Dermatologist, Dermatopathologist or sub-speciazed pathologists in their diagnosis that is universally understood by everyone.
