over a decade. Yet our stringent daily quality assurance programs are exceptional in the industry. As an example, there is a unique daily sample Quality Assurance program comparing the number of pieces of tissues that are placed in each tissue cassette to the number of pieces of tissues on the prepared slide, both for full inhouse pathology reading and slides prepared for microscopists outside the laboratory. THUS, THERE IS ONE HUNDRED PERCENT (100%) QUALITY CONTROL ON ALL PREPARED SLIDES. In addition, due to our nationwide operation and service, in consideration of rendered diagnoses and the need of the patients nationwide being referred to local specialized medical centers for further treatment, each month a significant number of cases diagnosed initially at OPD, are reviewed by pathologists from other centers. Documentation is available to show that there have been better than 99% concurrence with OmniPath Diagnostics' initial diagnosis. Further Quality Assurance Check items are available. |
